A few years ago, I had never even heard of the term “grass-fed”. I thought a side of beef was a side of beef! But as I ventured further into my real-food journey, I realized that there were some significant differences in the quality of different types of beef, and the quality of said beef had an effect on more than just my waistline. It had a huge impact on my overall health, and the health of the environment.
