Fresh cranberries only come around once a year and they don’t stay for long! So when they do, I hoard them and make as many delicious cranberry dishes as I can- including cranberry smoothies! Cranberries are pretty much nature’s sour patch kids (which used to be one of my favorite candies!) so I can pop them like candy!

Ginger also improves digestion and absorption of essential nutrients by stimulating your gastric juices! Ginger is fantastic for nausea and and may also help decrease bacterial infections in the stomach!

And the health benefits of honey are too numerous to name! Just know that raw honey is anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal! But it has to be RAW- not the stuff in the bear at the grocery store peeps. That’s corn syrup. Who loves honey?! I do I do!
